1. The 14-Day Return Policy

You can return your purchase within 14 days after receiving it.

Exchanges are only available to those who qualify.

  • There are no stains or perfume smells

To exchange a product, you must notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Unfortunately, after 14 days, we are unable to process any exchanges.

The items should be clean and in good condition.

3. Non-Returnable items

The following items are not exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety:

  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Exchange Requests

Start an exchange

    • Name of the product
    • Exchange for a Reason
    • Photos (if required)
  2. Please wait for confirmation of approval from our team.
  3. After approval, return the product to the address provided.

Do not return items without prior approval. Returns that are not authorised may be refused.

5. Exchange Process

Once we have received and inspected your item, you will receive a refund.

  • Your replacement product will be shipped if approved.

Stock availability is subject to replacement items. We will provide you with the following options if your size or product is not available:
