Overview

Beach Riot is all about your satisfaction. Should you not be delighted with your purchase, you have the right to request an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. We are not allowed to issue refunds or exchanges after 14 days.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in good shape, new, and in its original packaging.

Some products are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (software, digital downloads)
  • Bathing, toilet, or sanitary products.
  • Flammable or potentially hazardous materials.

Refunds

After we have received and inspected your refund, we will email you to let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.

If accepted, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • First, look into your bank account.
  • Call your credit card company; it may take a while.
  • Contact your bank if needed.

Note: Refunds are not possible for sale items; only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges

We give exchanges for defective or damaged items.

You can trade your item for the same product:

  1. Send your order information to beachriot.store@gmail.com.

Gifts

If what you received was identified as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount returned. After the returned item is received, the gift certificates will be given.

If the gift was shipped to the recipient, the purchaser will receive a refund.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to: beachriot.store@gmail.com.

  • The customer pays the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the amount refunded will be deducted from the cost of the return shipment.
  • On more valuable goods, trackable shipping or shipping insurance.
